This 30-Second Garlic Peeling Trick Is About to Make Cooking So Much Easier

Be real: Even if you consider yourself a world-class chef, everyone throws their eyes a little when they see a recipe that asks for freshly chopped or minced garlic. Why? Because even though we all like the taste of the ingredient, the time of peeling process and preparation that always seems to go with him is rather annoying. I mean, until this new kitchen cut came into our lives.

This brilliant YouTube video shows that you don’t have to play with paper skin anymore. If you simply stick a bulb of garlic in a Mason jar, cover and shake as hard as possible for half a minute, you will create separate, skinless nails that are ready to cook immediately. Of course it sounds crazy, and as if you just create a big mess, but in reality, fast movement is the key that allows the skin to fall from the bulb much easier.
As you can see in the video above this really works, which means you will never have to be conformed to the chopped garlic bought in a jug ever again.
Watch the video above to find out how to do it and get ready to be surprised. Happy Cooking!
